This will run a dictionary attack using permutations (combinations of words where order matters) of the supplied word list.

Word List (space separated)

Max Words Combined: 2

Warning: Complexity is O(W^P). Checks all combinations of 1 to P words. Ex 1 (100 words): P=2 ≈ 10,100 checks.
Ex 2 (100 words): P=4 ≈ 100,000,000 checks.

Note: This tool runs on your CPU via WebAssembly.

If you have a powerful GPU, you can visit the Terraria Wiki server to find scripts optimized for your hardware to attempt much larger attacks in less time.

Benchmark the hashing performance of your browser/CPU.
This will also give you ETAs on dict attacks.

Dummy Word Count

This will generate dummy words and run a dictionary attack to measure Hashes Per Second (HPS).

Taking too long (over two minutes)?
Try lowering the words from 100 -> 50.

Upload Terraria.exe to replace expected secret seed hashes with your own inputs.

How does it work?

This simply replaces the hash for a certain seed with a different one to change what the game expects, e.g. portal3 instead of we dont even test for that

Note: Game updates will overwrite your patched Terraria.exe. You will need to re-patch after an update.
